Business days are Tuesday through Saturday, excluding federal holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Methods

We ship using the most economical and reliable method available, which may include USPS, UPS, or Fed X.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier pricing.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Holiday & Service Interruptions

During peak seasons and holidays, carriers may experience delays outside our control.

Weather events, natural disasters, and postal service disruptions may also affect delivery times.

We will always process your order within our normal timeframe, but delivery delays caused by carriers are not guaranteed.
Incorrect Addresses

Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout.

Kat’s Fabric Store is not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos so we can assist.

If a package is marked “delivered” but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors or your local post office. We’ll help however we can, but carriers are responsible for final delivery.
